How safe it is to shop with Nadine’s Coffee Beans?
Rest assured our online shop is completely safe as we do not ask for your credit card details at any stage although we do accept all major cards when we contact you by phone.
Our only methods of online payment are Paypal and other payments are arranged by phone when we call you – the latter simply records your order and emails us. We then contact you to arrange payment and confirm delivery details.
Do you ship to any country other than Australia?
Yes, we can send your order via Australian post if you call our office with the details of the international address and payment is confirmed in advance.
How soon will I get my order?
Bill takes pride in the freshness of his roasted beans.
Our coffee is roasted to order so that you get the freshest possible
perfect cup. It may take a little longer to get to you, but Bill’s coffee is guaranteed fresh.
We ship orders via Australia Post and most deliveries should be received within 4 days.
I haven’t received my order OR my order was not correct. What do I do?
We welcome feed-back, please tell us of any mistakes or disatisfaction with your delivery. Please call us on (02) 9545 2217 or use the contact form to get in touch & we will deal with it immediately and if necessary re-send your order by express post.

Coffee beans should be stored in airtight containers in a cool, dry, dark place, away from strong smelling foods. Coffee should not be stored for long periods in the freezer or refrigerator because they deteriorate and lose their esential oils.
